When Structure Is Unclear, High-Stakes Projects Drift.
The complexity isn’t in the buildings — it’s in how the land, movement, and operations are structured before design begins.
When this isn’t resolved early, even strong designs fall short.
The Problem
-
Homes placed without resolving site conditions
-
Equestrian layouts designed before operational flow
-
Horse movement crossing with residential or guest access
-
Service and infrastructure treated as secondary
The Reality
-
Multiple systems must work together:
-
Family
-
Guests
-
Staff
-
Horses
-
Vehicles
-
-
Decisions move forward while key relationships remain unresolved
-
What looks clear on paper often isn’t tested on site
The Outcome
-
Operational inefficiencies built into daily use
-
Privacy and experience compromised
-
Infrastructure issues discovered too late
-
Cost escalations during construction
-
A result that looks good — but doesn’t perform

How We Work
We structure projects before design begins — ensuring clarity, alignment, and performance from day one.
Phase 1: Project Structuring
Define the foundation before design begins.
We structure your land, circulation, and layout so every decision that follows is clear, aligned, and buildable.
- Site strategy
- Circulation & zoning
- Early layout direction
Phase 2: Masterplan & Design
With structure in place, we develop the full design direction — aligning architecture, equestrian systems, and lifestyle into one cohesive plan.
- Architectural design
- Equestrian planning
- Integrated layout systems
Phase 3: Full Design & Delivery
We lead the design — supported by local teams to ensure it’s built exactly as intended.
Our Team
Our Design Philosophy

Who We Are

Architecture first. Experience second. Expression last.
We design equestrian environments that are structured, buildable, and aligned with how the land is actually used.
Louis - Director - Design Lead
Architect (M.Arch) specializing in equestrian estates and rural residential environments.
Louis leads the design and technical direction of each project, structuring sites, resolving circulation, and ensuring every decision is grounded in real-world buildability.
His work is defined by precision and consequence, where early planning shapes long-term performance and long-term value.
Carien - Creative Director / Equestrian Design Specialist
With a background in property and human-centered design, Carien brings clarity to how each space is experienced, by both client and horse.
Her role focuses on aligning lifestyle, movement, and atmosphere across the project.
She ensures that every design feels considered, intuitive, and connected to how people actually live, not just how it looks.
Our Collective Vision
We combine architectural precision with a deep understanding of how people and horses move through a site.
Each project is structured as a complete system, aligning land, circulation, and use before design begins.
Our work brings together technical clarity and lived equestrian experience, ensuring every space is both buildable and meaningful. From private residences to equestrian facilities, each decision is made to support long-term performance, not just visual impact.
We remain involved throughout the full design process, maintaining continuity from early planning through to final design, ensuring the original intent is carried through at every stage.
