Louis - Director - Design Lead

As an architect with a Master’s in Architecture and 15 years of experience, including over 5 years specializing in U.S.-based designs, I founded Ram Equestrian Design to create exceptional ranch homes, equestrian facilities, and secure bunker designs. My vast technical knowledge enables me to deliver buildable full plan sets with the precision and expertise required for seamless construction. A horse lover for 15 years, I bring a deep understanding of equestrian needs to each design. Using advanced tools, I craft photorealistic 3D renderings that ensure innovative, client-focused spaces that reflect your lifestyle and are ready for construction.

Carien - Creative Director / Equestrian Design Specialist

With a degree in Industrial Psychology and 10 years of experience in the built environment, Carien brings a unique blend of insight and creativity to Ram Equestrian Design. Having worked with developers and in property management, and with 5 years specializing in U.S.-based designs, she ensures our projects are visionary yet practical, tailored to client needs and market trends. A horse lover for 20 years, with competitive experience in eventing and dressage and a course in equestrian management, she designs stables and ranch homes with unparalleled insight into equine and rider needs. By combining her psychology expertise with equine-assisted therapy, she creates spaces that foster emotional well-being and therapeutic connections for both horses and clients. Her natural flair for interior design curates warm, inviting interiors for homes, stables, and bunkers, blending comfort, style, and functionality to elevate every space.

Our Collective Vision

Together, we form the heart of Ram Equestrian Design, uniting architectural precision with human- and equine-centered design to create spaces that inspire, heal, and endure. As founder, my technical expertise, equestrian passion, and ability to deliver buildable full plan sets with comprehensive construction knowledge complement Carien's creative direction, deep equine knowledge, and innovative approach to integrating psychology with equine-assisted therapy. Her role as Creative Director and Equestrian Design Specialist ensures our designs support both practical and emotional needs, from therapeutic equestrian spaces to inviting interiors. Our shared commitment to crafting ranch homes, equestrian facilities, and bunkers delivers a seamless blend of structural innovation, practical functionality, therapeutic design, and aesthetic excellence. By combining advanced 3D rendering, build-ready plan sets, and a profound understanding of lifestyle, equine needs, and holistic well-being, we deliver personalized, timeless spaces tailored to the unique vision of each client.
